Foreclosures...Everyones talking about it
People's properties are being foreclosed by the thousands per day in the LA area alone. Homes are being sold for discounted prices and "discount" is something buyers love to hear. This is a great money making opportunity where it is possible to find properties 20%-30% below market and make millions of dollars a year from foreclosure deals alone. But what investors are ignoring when buying these foreclosed homes are the family's lives and dreams that these foreclosures crushed. This wave of foreclosures is a very tragic situation that is occurring in the United States because theses foreclosed families being kicked to the streets. Camping on the streets because you lost your home is not exactly a family vacation. Foreclosure is extremely stressful, frustrating and is a huge hit on the family's ego. How can we help these families and also take gain from these discounts at the same time? We want to be involved in solving this problem because, we feel that we have the resources to make a difference. With the help of Ryan Smith and his seminar, we derived a creative solution that will really help these families.
It is a game for us to find ways to help others while helping ourselves at the same time. We love to find win win situations for the property owner and for us and that is exactly what we did. We want to save these families from the tragedies of foreclosure and guide them to a more fitting environment which is tailored for their financial situation. These families obviously cannot afford their current mortgage payments and are in debt because of it.
Here's the plan.
We are going to do a few things to help out. We are going to take over their debt; cover their current mortgage payments then we are will extend our hand and find them a new (more affordable) home for their family to live in. We will also help them get financed!
